The Westborough, Mass.-based company signed a three-year lease at Imperial at 1129 Miamisburg-Centerville Road in West Lisa Rinkus, a CSG spokesperson, said the company is opening an office after winning a contractwith Dayton-basesd (NYSE: DPL) to help train contractors to install and test residentialk heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems for energy efficiency.
